What we liked
- + Brushless motors with GPS and optical flow positioning are listed for wind resistance and precise position hold.
- + Return-to-home brings the drone back to its takeoff point, a useful safety net near the edge of its range.
- + Beginner mode, headless mode and one-key takeoff and landing keep the controls simple for new pilots.
Trade-offs
- - Video transmission is listed to 985 ft and flight distance to 1,640 ft, well short of true long-range drones.
- - The title names a 3-axis gimbal, but the bullets describe only a 90 degree adjustable lens angle.
