What we liked
- + Nano size is safe for indoor practice, so bumps into walls rarely hurt anyone or anything
- + Holy Stone HS210 is a long-running beginner model with easy-to-find spare batteries
- + Simple control scheme teaches kids the basics before they move to camera drones
Trade-offs
- - Nano drones are very light and blow away easily outdoors
- - No camera, so older kids may lose interest faster than with an FPV model
